My Lemon Easter Cake

I decided to attempt a cake from scratch for Easter yesterday and so I adapted a recipe from Trisha Yearwood in Redbook magazine for a Key Lime Cake and made it into a Lemon Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Chase wanted a "green cake" so we did that and added coconut and jelly beans to make it a bit more festive for the holiday! While it wouldn't win any awards for being a "pretty cake"-it tasted yummy and I got no complaints from those eating it!
