Park Playdate with a friend!

Chase and I enjoyed a great day at the park with one of my friends Wendy and her son Micah-the boys played so well together! Hope to do it again soon!

Toy Story 3 Opening Morning!

I scored free tickets to the first showing of Toy Story 3 at the El Capitan Theater on opening day-the only catch was that the movie started at like 6am so we were up before the sun standing in line and then enjoying soda and popcorn for breakfast watching the movie the kids had been dying to see since first seeing the previews! Out behind the theater they had a huge Tpy Story Funhouse with all kinds of games and rides and things to enjoy after with our special wristbands we got for being at the screening! SO MUCH FUN!!!

California Science Center

Yay for another outing with dad while mom enjoyed some quiet at home to get some cleaning done with no kiddos under my feet!

Adventure City!

Aunt Amanda and the cousins Gwen and Jonah came out to visit for the weekend and we decided on a trip to Adventure City! The kids all loved it and they were all over that tiny amusement park. Jonah especially liked the Thomas area and I think the train was one of the favorites of all the kids! So fun having cousin time!

Daddy got a NEW BIKE!!!

Steve was so excited to finally get his first road bike! His friend Jay helped him put it together and it was definitely love at first site haha! he is loving his new hobby and getting tons of great exercise!

Tour de California

Steve decided to take the boys up to see the Los Angeles leg of the Tour de California. The boys got dressed up in their Shrek jerseys and had a blast spending the day with daddy waiting to the see the bikes finally come riding by! The boys even ended up getting their picture posted on the website of one of the local papers-was cool to see them on there site!

Tour de Long Beach 2010

Steve really wanted to go to the first annual Tour de Long Beach this year so we packed up a picnic lunch and headed down t see the action. There were lots of bikes and fun things for the kids to do! They enjoyed the free samples and crafts and came home with many new treasures! I'm glad we got to enjoy this as a family!
